First of all, congratulations for your blog and for your hard work!
I have chosen this post and I have been analyzing it. I would like to say that the type of letter you have used is really difficult to understand, especially in the titles. Apart from that, I think we should use more colors to motivate students and to get their attention. This would make them work on the blog more excited.
On the other hand, the link you offer to go to Hot Potatoes is not correct. It appears a lot of information written. I don´t know if we need to have any application installed or maybe the link is not correctly attached.
Talking about the video, the vocabulary and the level of English is correct for the students. They can understand it easily and the way the story is told is perfect.
To conclude, I would like to ask a question. What skill are the students going to practice by this exercise?
It is true that though the font is very beautiful it is difficult to read. The Hot Potatoes activity work in my computer because I have it there, but when I upload the link to the blog it is imposible to make it work there. Janire, if you look at the title of the activities all say which skill students are going to work. In this activity they work the vocabulary they will find in the video. Greetings.
I was going to say the same as the above comment. It is hard to understand the titles with that type of letter. And the link to hotpotatoes brings you to words, but not the exercise. Shakespeare is a great example to teach and learn about. I love his sonets. In my school we had to memorize and represent in front of the class a monologue from each play we read. It was very interesting analysing the symbolism behind the plays.
